The reader will be transported back in time to explore the birth and growth of this famous style, and its rise to prominence in today's beer scene. Steel then walks through the various styles of this famous beer that are available today such as the Double IPA, Black/White IPA, Belgian IPA, and Session IPA to name a few. To top it off, he then provides 48 complete recipes (yes that is right, 48).
